


This release is based on the upstream release of EL7 ( Enterprise Linux 7) and most of the packages have been built from source and updated to more recent versions. This newly released CentOS 7.0 is an Enterprise-class Linux Distribution built from sources and freely maintained to the public by Red Hat. This is the first major release for CentOS 7 and actual version is 7.0-1406. We installed CentOS 7 in VirtualBox & Vmware and packed them for you. For the first time, this release was built from sources hosted at .“ From this point on we will aim to deliver all updates within 24 to 48 hours of upstream releases. They will be available within the next 24 hrs. Since the upstream EL7 release, there have been some updates released – these have been built and are being pushed to the CentOS mirror network at the moment.
